Precipitation Monitoring Stations in Chester County, Pennsylvania

Continuous-recording precipitation gages are maintained at stream-gaging stations. The data are available in near real-time through the USGS on-line ADAPS database to monitor precipitation during potential flooding events. Used in conjunction with stream-stage data, the precipitation data provide additional flood warning capability within a watershed.
