Take Pa. Turnpike west to exit 6. After the tollgate, take I-376 (Route 22-30 Parkway East) towards the city. Once you pass through the Squirrel Hill Tunnel, follow signs for I-279 south, Airport. Get into left lane and take I-279 south through the Fort Pitt Tunnels. Continue on I-279 south (Parkway West) past the I-79 interchanges (changes names to Route 22-30.) Do not exit at anytime, follow signs to the airport. Stay on Route 22-30 for another 2 miles before you reach the next exit which will be Campbells Run Road. Take the Campbells Run Road exit and make a left hand turn at the intersection. Travel on Campbells Run road for approx. 1 mile before turning right onto McMichael Road. You should see a sign for the Robinson Township Municipal Building. Next, you will make a left onto Church Hill Road. You should see another sign for the Robinson Township Municipal Building. Once on Church Hill Road, go slow and look for the (small) green and white sign for the U.S. Geological Survey at the last exit into the Municipal building area. Park in the gravel lot on your left. Our entrance is on the back side of the building at ground level, although it is the second floor of the building. Follow the sidewalk just to the right of the EMS building.
From I-79 south, follow road signs to the airport. Exit off of I-79 onto Route 60. Follow Route 60 for approx. 3-4 miles through one traffic light (Duke of Bubbles on left hand side of road). You will pass a small strip mall with a Midas Muffler and Lynn's Doughnut shop. Make your next left onto Church Hill Road. If you pass Taco Bell and Arby's, you have gone too far. Travel down the hill and you will see the Municipal building on the left hand side. Go slow and look for the (small) green and white sign for the U.S. Geological Survey. Turn left at this sign. Park in the gravel lot on your left. Our entrance is on the back side of the building at ground level, although it is the second floor of the building. From the airport, follow signs for Route 22 to Pittsburgh. Route 22 will become Route 22- 30. Take the exit that reads Route 60 south, I-79 north, Crafton. Follow Route 60 through several traffic lights. Once you pass the Staples store on your right hand side, turn right at the next intersection onto Campbells Run Road. Follow Campbells Run Road for 2-3 miles. Next you will make a left onto McMichael Road. You should see a sign for the Robinson Township Municipal Building. Then you will make a left onto Church Hill Road. You should see another sigh for the Robinson Township Municipal Building. Once on Church Hill Road, go slow and look for the (small) green and white sign for the U.S. Geological Survey at the last exit into the Municipal building area. Park in the gravel lot on your left.
