STATION.--01570000CONODOGUINET CREEK NEAR HOGESTOWN, PA LOCATION.--Lat 40`15'08", long 77`01'17",Cumberland County, Hydrologic Unit 02050305,on left bank 1,000 ft upstream from highway bridge onTownship Route 596 (Sample Bridge Road),0.4 mi downstream from Hogestown Run,and 1.0 mi northeast of Hogestown. DRAINAGE AREA.--470 mi2. PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1911 toSeptember 1917, October 1929 to September 1958, July 1967to current year. October 1917 to December 1919 (gage heightsand discharge measurements only), in reports of Water SupplyCommission of Pennsylvania. Published as "atBrysons Bridge" 1912-17. GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum ofgage is 351.00 ft above sea level. Prior to December 1919,nonrecording gage at site 2 mi downstream at different datum.Oct. 1, 1929, to Aug. 3, 1931, nonrecording gage at site1,000 ft downstream at present datum. FLOOD STAGE.--NOAA, National WeatherService river forecast station flood stage provided to USGSApril 1999 is 8 feet.
